Often times the most challenging aspects of a design is current site conditions and limitations due to access or building code restrictions and property setbacks. Transforming a worn-down, tired space is not only visually rewarding; the new space offers something to the client they never had experienced before. Utilizing the outdoor space creates more of an extension from the interior living space, and maximizing all available area for use is the goal.
